Application Review
We read every application. No bots, no ATS screening. Within 5 days, you'll hear a yes or a no.
20-Min Intro Call
A short conversation to understand your background and explain exactly what the role looks like day to day.
Paid Skills Test
A realistic, paid exercise (2–3 hours). You audit a real-ish account or build a tracking setup. We pay for your time.
Offer or Feedback
Final call with decision and rationale. If it's a no, you get genuine, specific feedback — not a form letter.
Things Candidates Ask Us
Mostly async. You'll have a weekly written standup, one team call (optional), and client reporting aligned to your accounts. No mandatory daily standups, no unnecessary status meetings. You'll spend most of your time actually in accounts, testing, analyzing, and communicating with clients.
Typically 4–6 accounts, depending on complexity and ad spend size. We deliberately keep caseloads manageable — we'd rather deliver excellent results for fewer clients than mediocre results for many. Client retention is a core metric and it requires depth, not breadth.
Yes, fully remote. We work with clients in multiple time zones (US, EU, AU) and have team members across several countries. We ask for a 4-hour overlap window with CET (Central European Time), which covers 9am–1pm CET. Outside of that, you structure your own day.
Not as a prerequisite for applying — but we'll sponsor you to complete Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and GA4 certifications within your first 90 days. We care more about your actual skill than your certification status, but we do expect you to be certified within the first few months.
Base salary (negotiated based on experience and location) + performance bonus tied to client account results. We don't believe in annual reviews as the only salary-adjustment mechanism. If your results grow significantly, your compensation reflects it. Bonuses are calculated quarterly, not annually.
